Terms of Reference/Reporting
The main work consists of the design and construction of Three (3) mini skill centres.
Specific details are as follows;
Reporting
1. The selected Consultant must demonstrate the capacity to provide an inception, and final project report, which details the milestones and challenges encountered in the implementation of the contract. The timeline for the submission of the reports will be set out in the engagement contract given to the successful consultant.
2. The successful Consultant must demonstrate the capacity to develop construction materials (architect’s drawings and BOQ) to support the delivery of the project.

Acceptance of the Contract/ Contract General Terms and Conditions
Neem Foundation will award to: One or Two Suppliers (*Local construction business highly encouraged to apply)
Conditions for release of payment a) Neem Foundation’s Written Acceptance (i.e. Not mere receipt) of the outputs; and
b) Receipt of Invoice from the Service Provider.
Minimum Technical Specifications
1. Total floor size: 12m x 6m
2. 1 Office Space: 3m x 2.1m (integrated within entire floor size)
3. 2 Toilet spaces: 1.425m each (integrated within entire floor size)

Proposal with a detailed budget. The proposal must include:
Profile of Consultant with relevant work experience
Tax Identification Number
Certificate of Incorporation – Corporate Affairs Commission
Two reference letters from contracts executed
All documents should be sent in Microsoft Word or PDF formats to procurement@neemfoundation.org.ng
Neem Foundation chooses to follow a competitive proposal process for the selection of a Consultant to implement this contract. We believe that competitive proposals are the only way to fairly select the best company for the job while ensuring good process and preventing collaboration and corruption. Upon receipt of the request for proposal, please read the instructions carefully and prepare a proposal as described. The completed proposals must be submitted to Neem Foundation on or before 23 rd November 2020.
