A growing company in the hospitality and events industry is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Repair & Maintenance Supervisor.
In this role, you’ll manage daily repairs, servicing, and maintenance of facilities and equipment, working with a team to keep all systems running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance and repair work (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Inspect facilities, identify issues, and ensure timely fixes.
Assign and oversee technicians and artisans.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain records of repairs, servicing, and related costs.
Work with vendors and suppliers for tools and parts.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Respond quickly to urgent repair needs.
Assist with reporting and maintenance budgeting.
Promote safety practices among the team.
Requirements
OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering.
1 - 3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role.
Good knowledge of facility systems and safety practices.
Ability to read basic manuals and blueprints.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office); CMMS experience is a plus.
Relevant certifications (safety, technical trades) are an advantage.
