    Relationship Executive

    About the Role

    • In this role, you will have oversight for the smooth running of the Front Office of the company. You will be the First Brand Touch Point most stakeholders will have virtually and physically with the firm. You will therefore be the determinant of the first impression they will hold of the firm and in the business.
    • As the face of the company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service,
    • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling general inquiries by visitors,
    • Serve as the gatekeeper of all entries into the company’s official mail platforms, and flag all relevant stakeholder enquiries and applications,
    • Provide day to day administrative and operational support to the Strategy and Business Service team on projects and campaigns,
    • Demonstrate continual understanding of all businesses the company is handling per time,
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing,
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the organisation,
    • Assist with vendor relations management and event planning support

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Communication Arts, Marketing, or a related field in Arts/Social Sciences
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organizational, time management abilities, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach,
    • Professional and polished appearance,
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
    • Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced environment,
    • Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including client teams, media, and community members.
