Registrar at Resort Consult Limited

Position: 

The job position is a top management position, communicates with, and reports, to the Board. The position of Registrar is not pensionable; the tenure is for four (4) years renewable for second term of four (4) years subject to satisfactory performance, the maximum is eight years.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Requirements:

Candidates must possess a B.Sc./HND in Estate Surveying and Valuation plus at least ten (10) years post qualification cognate experience.

Professional Qualification:

In addition, candidates must Possess ANIVS and must have been Registered with ESVARBON.

Successful Candidate must:

• Have excellent managerial and leadership skills with integrity, exceptional report writing, good written and oral communication skills.
• Be a resourceful and flexible team player who is self-motivated and dependable
• Possess strong vision and commitment to improving the image and activities of the organization.
• Be able to interact well with other Professional bodies and Industry Associations
• Possess working knowledge of corporate reporting and operational frameworks of the organization.
• Have the ability to monitor the compliance requirements of the organization.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of computer.

Possession of law qualification will be an added advantage.

Remuneration: 30% above Government Grade level 17.
