    Regional Sales Manager - Lagos

    • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and driving sales operations within a designated region.
    • This managerial role focuses on leading mentoring, and supporting sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies to enhance regional sales performance.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Bachelor's degree / HND in Business Administration, insurance or related discipline
    • Professional qualifications / membership (i.e., CIIN, etc) wcNld be an added advantage.
    • Minimum Of 5 years' experience in a related role.
    • Proven track record of managing and leadlng successful sales tearns within the insurance industry.
    • Existing network of contacts within the insurance industry
