    Regional Manager – Sales

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and drive regional sales strategy and execution
    • Expand dealer/distribution network and strengthen market presence
    • Achieve revenue and volume targets across product lines
    • Build and manage high-performing sales teams
    • Identify new market opportunities and ensure sustainable growth

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Proven experience in automotive sales (2W / 3W / Tyres / Lubricants / Spares)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
    • Fluency in English is a MUST
    • Nigeria / Africa experience will be given preference.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
