Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Ikeja, with flexibility for some remote work.
• The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and developing and implementing training programs for new hires.
• The Recruitment Specialist will also be responsible for providing regular reports on recruitment activities and collaborating with HR on initiatives to improve the recruitment process.
