Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a background in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet our staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare industry.
• Utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates with healthcare experience.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, healthcare expertise, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and industry organizations to attract top talent.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruiting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on healthcare staffing.
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare terminology, regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
