Job Summary

As our Recruitment Officer, you'll join our dynamic human resources team. Leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail, you'll assist in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and post job advertisements and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
• Support new hires' onboarding process, prepare offer letters, and help organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Research industry hiring trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in consulting or any relevant field.
• Strong interest in human resources and recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus

Salary

• N120,000 – N180,000.
