Work involved in key recruitment activities covering recruitment analysis, recruitment administration, development of job adverts, sourcing/ headhunting, shortlisting, as well as supervising aptitude test administration.
Key Responsibilities
Source for applicants by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, social media, professional networks, job boards and internet sites;
Improving value proposition of Food Concepts PLC by maintaining rapport with other professional bodies to build talent pool for various job roles in Food Concepts PLC.
Determine job analyses by studying job descriptions and candidates’ qualifications.
Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing CV/Resumes; analysing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews.
Educational Qualifications / Experience
Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year working experience in Consulting, FMCG orrelated industry
