    Recruitment Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts and support our organization's growth. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, leadership, and creativity to our hiring processes while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract top-tier talent across various channels.
    • Align recruitment plans with the company’s strategic workforce needs.
    • Execute recruitment activities in alignment with overall organizational strategy.
    • Administer technical and competency-based assessments.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing regular recruitment updates and managing expectations.
    • Ensure alignment of interview evaluation criteria with panelists.
    • Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance quality and efficiency.
    • Strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract and retain high-quality talent.
    • Develop compelling job descriptions aligned with the company’s value proposition.
    • Track and report recruitment metrics to provide data-driven insights to management.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and industry-specific hiring regulations.
    • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in all hiring practices.
    • Lead and mentor a team of HR Recruitment Analysts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (2:1 minimum).
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and management.
    • CIPM certification is mandatory.
    • HR Generalist background with specialist skills in recruitment.
    • Proven track record of filling critical roles in fast-paced environments.
    • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse recruitment teams.
