    Recruitment Interns (Corpers)

    Job Description

    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
    • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job platforms
    • Source and shortlist candidates
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
    • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
    • Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
    • At least one (1) year recruitment or HR experience.
    • MUST be an NYSC Corp member in search of a PPA.
