    Recruitment Intern

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team. The Recruitment Intern will work closely with our recruitment specialists and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in exploring a career in HR or recruitment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels, social media, job boards, and other networking platforms.
    2. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to determine suitability for specific roles.
    3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    4. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
    5. Assist in posting job advertisements.
    6. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
    7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, file management, and maintaining candidate databases.
    8. Assist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects as assigned.


    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Prior experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
    • Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for helping others succeed.
