Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Years Teacher and Assistant at Brighthouse Academy in Ayetoro Gbede. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a curriculum that caters to the needs of early years students, providing a positive learning environment, and facilitating their overall development.

Qualifications

• Experience in lesson planning, teaching, and education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively train and engage students
• Knowledge of early years educational techniques and methodologies

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field

Early Years Teachers

• Bachelor's degree in Education OR; Degree in other fields with a PGD
• NCE is accepted with 2 years experience
• TRCN certification will be an added advantage

Assistant Teacher

• Minimum qualification NCE
• Experience in similar position, an advantage
• Basic IT skills, an advantage
