    Recruitment Consultant

    This is a remote position.

    The Recruitment Consultant will be primarily responsible for providing recruitment support to Talentsquare’s portfolio of active contracts and be responsible for full cycle strategic recruitment. Desired candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in strategic recruitment of entry to mid-level roles and have experience in staffing, contingent hires and RPO projects. We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring exceptional talent.

    • This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30- 45% of your production.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
    • Manage the recruitment process from interview through to offer stage
    • Conduct and lead project-specific and proactive recruitment for personnel on all active contracts in collaboration with hiring managers.
    • Identify potential candidates through databases, contacts/networks, Internet, publications and cold calls.
    • Contact potential candidates and communicate details of the roles.
    • Must be able to articulate proposal/project commitments; contract compliance on contingent hires; and accurate representation of Talentsquare's process.
    • Prepare Assessment materials and case studies
    • Communicate clearly with program teams on personnel availability, whereabouts, salary requirements, dependents, and other special requests.
    • Interview applicants and gather information regarding education, experience, training, and job skills;
    • Maintain networks in critical sectors to keep in touch with pools of talented potential staff;
    • Attend conferences, career fairs, and special events to promote Company as an employer;
    • Liaise with Human Resources at appropriate moment; collect all recruitment documentation and transfer to appropriate collaborators

    Requirements

    • You are detailed, a great communicator and collaborator - while also being strategic and a critical thinker
    • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
    • Use of zoho ATS will be a huge plus
    • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
    • Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
    • Effective negotiation skills
    • Consistently performing outbound activity to source clients and candidates
