Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at TAG Energy Limited located in Lekki.
• The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
• The day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, assessing applicants' skills and qualifications, managing job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill vacancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to utilize various sourcing strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
