Role Description

The Recovery Officer role is a temporary hybrid role located in Abuja. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the loan recovery process. The role will require the Officer to liaise with clients who have defaulted on their loans or payments and work collaboratively with clients to find solutions. The responsibilities will also involve working with internal departments within Renmoney to build appropriate strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Field Recovery experience
• Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills
• Competent Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of financial and non-financial agreement processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience in the banking or microfinance industry is a plus
