Receptionist/Fronk Desk Executive at Cometstar Manufacturing Company Limited

The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, and possess exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities, have strong telephone etiquette, and speak in a professional and courteous manner.

Location: Agbara, Lagos

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet, welcome and manage customers/visitors
• Answer and route phone calls when necessary
• Manage, organize and ensure the cleanliness of the office lounge/reception
• Receive and sort all mail and packages;
• Scheduling appointments and directing visitors to the right person

Experience and Qualification:

• Minimum of OND + a credit pass in English and Maths. Customer Service Training is an added advantage
• Age, 22 – 30 years
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or in a similar position
• Ability to operate office equipment and appliances
• Ability to support office administration and maintain security
• Basic computer skills is necessary
