Job Summary

• The Hotel Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out process. 
• The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Check guests in and out, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about reservations, services, and amenities.
• Manage online and phone reservations and update booking systems.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Process payments and manage billing, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs and special requests.
• Perform end-of-shift cash and report reconciliations.

Requirement

• Candidates must be residents of the following areas: Agbado-Crossing, Abule-Egba, Meiran, Agbado-Ijaiye, Jankara, Agege, Ogba, Iyana Ipaja, Kola, Tollgate, Oko-Aba and surrounding environments.
