    Receptionist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Welcoming office guests and directing them to the person or office they are visiting.
    • Manage front desk operations.
    • Keeping the reception tidy
    • Answering all incoming general phone calls and providing administrative support as needed.
    • Handle correspondence.
    • Provide information and assistance to Admin staff.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings
    • Maintain calendars and schedules
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Respond to client inquiries.
    • The ability to work well with others.
    • Pay attention to details.
