    Receptionist

    Location: Itamope, Ikorodu, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing front desk operations efficiently.
    • She will handle incoming calls, visitor inquiries, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, providing accurate information when required.
    • Manage front desk activities including correspondence, scheduling, and inquiries.
    • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
    • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
    • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for meetings.
    • Receive and distribute mails, deliveries, and packages promptly.
    • Provide administrative support to other departments when required.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
    • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk officer.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
    • Well-groomed, courteous, and presentable at all times.

    Salary
    N130,000 – N160,000 Monthly.
