Job Role

• Property Listing and Marketing: Promote properties for sale or rent through listings, advertisements, and open houses.
• Client Consultation: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Property Valuation: Help clients determine a fair market value for their properties based on current market trends.
• Negotiation: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating prices, terms, and conditions.
• Documentation and Legal Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions are legally compliant by handling contracts, disclosures, and other necessary paperwork.
