Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Abuja. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to determine their property needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and rental agreements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market. The role will also involve preparing necessary paperwork and providing excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction process.

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills
• Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Local market knowledge is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Must reside in Abuja
