Role Summary

• The Real Estate Investment and Finance Consultant will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities within the company’s real estate portfolio. This role requires a professional with strong financial modeling capability, experience in structuring property and infrastructure deals, and a proven ability to evaluate project feasibility and investment returns.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Financial Structuring

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and feasibility studies for real estate and infrastructure projects.
• Structure investment deals, joint ventures, and financing arrangements aligned with company objectives.
• Assess risk-return profiles and prepare investment memos for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support capital raising activities, investor relations, and due diligence processes.

Portfolio & Asset Management

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ongoing real estate investments.
• Develop cash flow forecasts, ROI analysis, and exit strategy assessments.
• Provide insights on market trends, property valuation, and asset optimization.

Market Research & Advisory

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new investment opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Advise management on emerging trends, policy changes, and financing opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with external consultants, banks, and investors to evaluate partnerships and financing solutions.

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Prepare periodic financial reports on investment performance and project profitability.
• Support budgeting and financial planning related to the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and legal frameworks governing real estate investments.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CFA, ACCA, ICAN, or relevant real estate finance qualification is highly desirable.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, or project finance.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, investment structuring, and deal execution.
• Experience working with developers, institutional investors, or financial advisory firms.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and capital markets.
