    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of a clinical facility.
    • The role ensures smooth coordination between clinical teams, patients, and management while maintaining accurate records and compliance with healthcare standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate daily clinic operations and support clinical staff with administrative needs.
    • Manage patient records, appointments, and documentation in line with data protection policies.
    • Serve as a point of contact between patients, healthcare providers, and external partners.
    • Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial documentation related to clinical services.

    • The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales executives, and internal teams.

    Maintenance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
    • Prepare preventive maintenance work orders and performs hospital rounds according to schedule to identify and make repairs to systems
    • Repairs, installs, replaces and tests electrical circuits, equipment and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting and equipment operation in the hospital.
    • Replaces faulty switches, sockets, plugs, fuses, insulators, and other simple elements of electrical systems, fixtures and appliances

    • Four (4) years minimum experience
    • Communication skills.

    Salary
    N250,000 monthly.
