    Real Estate Advisor

    Job Description

    • The Real Estate Advisor – Residential will be responsible for driving sales of residential products, engaging with prospects and investors, and guiding clients through the purchase journey.
    • The role involves active relationship management, sales presentations, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to closing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate, qualify, and convert leads for Alaro City’s residential products (including Residential plots – low, medium and high-density plots, Universal One Apartments, Alaro Haven, and Didara Waters).
    • Conduct client meetings, virtual tours, and property inspections.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers and track all client interactions in the CRM.
    • Provide prospective clients with accurate information on pricing, payment plans, ownership structure, and investment benefits.
    • Liaise with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure timely documentation and seamless client onboarding.
    • Represent Alaro City at roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events locally and internationally.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Alaro City’s masterplan, infrastructure delivery, and development milestones.
    • Uphold Rendeavour’s brand reputation through professional and ethical client engagement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in residential real estate sales, preferably with a premium or mixed-use development.
    • Strong sales track record with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
    • Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
    • Experience dealing with diaspora or international clients is an advantage.
