Quality Control Supervisor at Nutri K Limited

General objective 

The key role of Quality Control Supervisor is guarantee the reliability of the results following the process controls carried out during production and during the storage (Warehousing).

RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS

1. Maintain activities and documentation related to in-line controls
2. Ensure the conformity of the recipes used in production
3. Member of FSMS team 
4. Respect the schedule of internal audits
5. Verify the conformity of the raw materials before using materials in production
6. Ensure conformity of containers at departure and arrival 
7. Ensure the follow-up of maintenance activities in production that may affect the safety of food materials.
8. Keep the logbook of defects (bad sealing, paste leakage, microleaks, foreign bodies, net weight, number of sachets in the carton…)  up to date.
9. Ensure the follow-up of work in case of maintenance intervention and release the line after quality inspection and swab collection.
10. Ensure training procedures and instructions to the in-line controllers
11. Ensure the follow-up of quality requirements during production (respect of procedures, instructions and other useful documents) by production agents.
12. Participate in the quality weekly meetings 
13. Report in a timely manner any incident that impacts food safety
14. Respect the schedule of hygiene visits. 
15. Attend the handover of the quality controllers.
16. Organize a weekly meeting with the QCs
17. Organize the daily sensory test with the trained panel and follow the action plan
18. Take samples for internal and external analysis (stability study) 
19. Initiate RCA in case of quality issue 
20. Internal auditor member
21. Carry out all other relevant tasks requested by the superior

REQUIERED SKILLS

1. Language skills – English 
2. Education degree – Degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
3. Work experience – 2 - 3 Years of work experience in Quality Control.
4. Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook
