    • In this role, you will monitor, test, and inspect our production processes—from raw material receipt to finished product packaging.
    • Your sharp eye for detail will ensure that our products consistently meet company benchmarks, customer expectations, and legal standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspections: Conduct daily checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to verify physical, chemical, and sensory attributes.

    • Sanitation & GMPs: Monitor and enforce strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), personal hygiene standards, and factory sanitation protocols.
    • Lab Testing: Perform basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, moisture, brix, or basic microbiological sampling) and accurately document test results.
    • Non-Conformance Management: Identify, isolate, and log any defective materials or out-of-specification products; initiate hold procedures and root-cause investigations.
    • Calibration: Maintain and calibrate laboratory and production testing equipment (e.g., scales, thermometers, pH meters) to ensure accuracy.
    • Documentation: Maintain precise, up-to-date QC logs, batch records, and compliance checklists for internal and external food safety audits.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related science discipline.
    • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a Quality Control role within a food manufacturing, beverage, or FMCG industry.
    • Strong understanding of HACCP principles, food safety management systems (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000), and local food regulatory guidelines.
