    Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Engineer

    Job Summary

    The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of construction activities on-site across our estate projects. The role will involve stage-by-stage inspections, tracking milestones, verifying compliance with standards, and ensuring that all construction work meets regulatory and company quality benchmarks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and progress.
    • Verify that all work complies with regulatory standards, codes, and specifications.
    • Monitor and report project milestones and stage completions.
    • Identify and address quality control issues, defects, or deviations.
    • Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to enforce quality standards.
    • Prepare and maintain quality documentation and inspection reports.
    • Recommend corrective actions where non-conformances are identified.
    • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and company policies on all sites.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
    • Professional certification/membership with COREN or CORBON is required.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Quality Engineer in construction or estate development.
    • Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues on-site.
