About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive quality excellence within our plastic manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring that raw materials, production processes, and finished products consistently meet established quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality policies
• Conduct audits and inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues, implementing corrective actions
• Lead, train, and supervise QA/QC teams
• Prepare and present quality reports and maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure quality at all stages
• Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance and ensure proper calibration procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within plastic manufacturing (injection moulding or recycling preferred)
• Strong knowledge of QMS (e.g., ISO 9001) and process improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma)
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and technical equipment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• A Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage
