JOB SUMMARY

An industry leader in hospitality requires the services of a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to Develop, implement and maintain a system of quality and reliability in its business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop, implement and manage processes to ensure services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability in services.
• Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for services end-end.
• Support the development of a quality policy.
• Communicate quality standards and parameters to the team.
• Coordinate and participate in calibration and testing processes.
• Participate in product testing.
• Identify potential issues, mitigate and profer solutions where required.
• Review client and customer feedback.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Minimum 6 years in the hospitality industry.
• Bsc in any related field
• ISO 9001 and/ or ISO 22000 certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and hotel management softwares.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
