Ensures all Quality Control activities are performed in order to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered in compliance with Standards and with Client requirements
Job Description
Responsible for ensuring product quality for the product line.
Identifying problems and providing solutions.
Receives direction from manager to set broad objectives.
Consistently and clearly demonstrates creativity and innovation in finding solutions to multi‐faceted or time sensitive problems.
Over 80% of product is outsourced, so position is critical to establishing and maintaining successful of source surveillance programs with global reach as well as supplier improvement.
You are meant for this job if:
Bachelor Degree preferred.
10 years’ experience in Quality Assurance field with experienced in supplier or procurement quality or engineering field.
Master Black Belt, Black Belt, and/or six sigma certification preferred.
ASQ Certification in Quality Engineering is preferred.
Strong statistical data analysis and sampling plans skills.
Material Review Board (MRB) experience.
Root Cause and Corrective Action and FMEA experience is preferred.
Knowledge of inspection tools, measurement and calibration system.
Knowledge of ISO9001 (International Standard Organization) / API Q1 (American Petroleum Institute equivalent)
