    Public Private Mix (PPM) Cascade Coordinator

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • The State Public Private Mix (PPM) Cascade Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of monitoring and evaluation and contribute strategically to the success and impact of the overall Global Fund GC7 Project. He/She will ensure that all PPM TB services in the GC7 grants are carried out and all targets met.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the day-to-day activities of the PPM project at the state level
    • Support the STOTB& HIV and Take roles as assigned by the STO
    • Provide regular technical support and supervision to field personnel, including private health sector care providers, Linkage Coordinators, SOs and other related staff providing services along TB service delivery cascade;
    • Support facilities to ensure effective linkages for TB clinical cascade as well as integration with allied interventions including HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment;
    • Assist in the data collection, collation, validation and reporting according to TLMN GF
    • M&E plan; Submit monthly/quarterly state progress reports to the country office, submit weekly SOs cascade reports
    • Assist organize and implement meetings with State technical Officers, SMCs, LCs and SOs
    • Align M&E activities with organizational goals, ensuring monitoring and evaluation contribute to program success and impact.
    • Maintain an effective M&E system that includes data collection, management, analysis, and reporting processes.
    • Ensure the use of appropriate technology and tools to streamline M&E activities.
    • Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation to measure program performance against established indicators.
    • Supervise data quality assessment processes and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

    • Criteria Essential Desirable
    • Qualification Bachelor’s degree in statistics, demographics, public policy, international development, public health or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in an M&E position responsible for implementing M&E activities in public health projects.
    • Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
    • Experience in digital/mobile data collection tools.
    • Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software
    • Expertise in analysing data using statistical software such as MS Excel, Stata and SPSS for project implementation.
    • Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/ performance monitoring plans
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey M&E findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Master’s degree plus an advanced certificate in M&E will be an added advantage.
    • Experience of Implementation of Global Fund (GF) grant is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, mixed method, and impact) and data collection and analysis methodologies.
    • Good knowledge of Tuberculosis control
    • Proven success in designing, implementing and operating project M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages.
    • Proficient project management skills to oversee M&E activities within the program.

    • Ability to think strategically and align M&E activities with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and partner organizations.
    • Commitment to achieving measurable results and using M&E findings for program improvement and decision-making.
    • Ability to adapt to changing program requirements, priorities, and external environments.
