Background

• We are looking for a mature and vibrant individual who is able to complement the operations of our Provider Network Unit.
• The Provider Network Administrator would be responsible for managing all healthcare facilities on our network as well as ensure that the standard of care maintain by all facilities are above the acceptable minimum.
• These functions would be performed under the immediate supervision of the Head of Medical & Quality Assurance Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with all healthcare facilities on our network of hospitals.
• Create and maintain appropriate records for each facility.
• Schedule regularly visit to healthcare providers for on-the-spot assessment and resolution of lingering issues.
• Work jointly with the Head of Legal for the purpose of preparing and executing contract with healthcare facilities.
• Enter data into the portal and regularly update the data.
• Proactively conduct quality assurance exercise for healthcare facilities to ensure that the standard of healthcare is always high.
• All other duties that might be assigned by the Head of the ICT Department and the Management.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Degree in any related subject
• Sound understanding of the working of the Health Insurance is equally and advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar role or any relationship management role;

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in oral and written English is a requirement.
