We specialize in creating websites for skincare, fashion, and cosmetics brands, and we’re seeking someone who can provide excellent backend support and ensure smooth website functionality for our clients.
Responsibilities
Upload and manage products (simple & variable) on WooCommerce websites.
Process, update, and monitor customer orders through the WooCommerce dashboard.
Create and manage customer and staff user accounts (e.g., shop managers, customers).
Update website banners, images, and content using Elementor or WordPress editors.
Manage and publish blog posts, including SEO titles, categories, and featured images.
Communicate with the project manager or client on product updates, stock status, and website changes.
Troubleshoot minor website display or plugin issues (basic Elementor or theme adjustments).
Ensure site consistency, correct product categorization, and general quality control.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
Ability to handle variable products, variations, and product attributes.
Working knowledge of Elementor for minor edits.
Familiarity with WooCommerce order flow (pending, processing, completed, on-hold, refunded, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and availability during standard work hours (Mon–Fri).
Familiarity with plugins like Yoast SEO, WPForms, or Mailerlite is a plus.
