    Customer Service Manager

    • We are hiring a Customer Care Lead to own and manage the entire customer care function of a fast-growing skincare retail brand.
    • This role is for someone who understands people, processes, and pressure. Someone who can lead agents, coordinate with the retail front desk, maintain brand tone, and ensure every customer interaction reflects excellence.
    • You will not just respond to customers, you will lead the customer care operation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage customer care agents and retail front desk staff
    •  Set customer service standards, tone of voice, and response protocols
    •  Oversee customer communication across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, phone, and in-store
    •  Handle escalations, complaints, refunds, and sensitive customer issues professionally
    •  Train and retrain staff on customer service etiquette, CRM usage, and workflows
    •  Monitor response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and team performance
    •  Work closely with operations, logistics, and management to close customer feedback loops
    •  Maintain proper documentation and customer records using CRM tools

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in customer care or customer experience
    •  At least 1–2 years in a lead, supervisory, or managerial customer service role
    •  Experience working in retail, skincare, beauty, fashion, or high-volume consumer brands
    •  Excellent spoken and written communication skills
    •  Calm under pressure and emotionally intelligent
    •  Strong leadership and people-management skills
    •  Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, helpdesk tools, and dashboards
    •  Ability to train, correct, and improve team performance without micromanaging

    Inventory Manager

    • We are looking for someone who understands how to build, structure, and optimize inventory systems across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, and can take initiative in improving how the entire inventory function operates.

    What You Will Be Responsible For

    • Overseeing all inventory operations across store, warehouse, and online platforms
    • Managing stock levels, movement, and reconciliation across retail and wholesale channels
    • Implementing and maintaining structured inventory systems and processes
    • Working with ERP and inventory management systems to ensure real-time accuracy
    • Coordinating with the website team to ensure product stock reflects accurately online
    • Monitoring fast-moving products and preventing stockouts or overstocking
    • Conducting regular stock counts, audits, and variance reporting
    • Managing supplier stock intake, transfers, and internal stock distribution

    Requirements

    • Inventory reporting and analysis
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Website Manager

    • We specialize in creating websites for skincare, fashion, and cosmetics brands, and we’re seeking someone who can provide excellent backend support and ensure smooth website functionality for our clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Upload and manage products (simple & variable) on WooCommerce websites.
    • Process, update, and monitor customer orders through the WooCommerce dashboard.
    • Create and manage customer and staff user accounts (e.g., shop managers, customers).
    • Update website banners, images, and content using Elementor or WordPress editors.
    • Manage and publish blog posts, including SEO titles, categories, and featured images.
    • Communicate with the project manager or client on product updates, stock status, and website changes.
    • Troubleshoot minor website display or plugin issues (basic Elementor or theme adjustments).
    • Ensure site consistency, correct product categorization, and general quality control.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
    • Ability to handle variable products, variations, and product attributes.
    • Working knowledge of Elementor for minor edits.
    • Familiarity with WooCommerce order flow (pending, processing, completed, on-hold, refunded, etc.).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Reliable internet connection and availability during standard work hours (Mon–Fri).
    • Familiarity with plugins like Yoast SEO, WPForms, or Mailerlite is a plus.

    Warehouse Assistant

    What You Will Do

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock
    • Organize products in the warehouse for easy access and tracking
    • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
    • Support dispatch and delivery coordination
    • Maintain cleanliness and structure within the warehouse
    • Track stock movement and report discrepancies
    • Assist with stock counts and inventory audits
    • Ensure products are stored properly (especially skincare items)
    • Follow warehouse processes and operational guidelines strictly

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a warehouse, store, or inventory-related role
    • Ability to work morning and night shifts

    Ecommerce Marketing Manager

    • This is not a regular marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands how to scale e-commerce businesses, improve conversions, optimize marketing performance, and drive measurable revenue growth across different brands.

    What You Will Do

    • Develop and execute growth strategies for multiple e-commerce brands
    • Analyze website performance and identify revenue opportunities
