Warehouse Assistant at Bave Design Studio

What You Will Do

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock
• Organize products in the warehouse for easy access and tracking
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Support dispatch and delivery coordination
• Maintain cleanliness and structure within the warehouse
• Track stock movement and report discrepancies
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits
• Ensure products are stored properly (especially skincare items)
• Follow warehouse processes and operational guidelines strictly

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, store, or inventory-related role
• Ability to work morning and night shifts
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks
• High level of attention to detail
• Honest, responsible, and dependable
• Ability to follow instructions and also work independently
• Basic understanding of stock handling and organization

Bonus 

• Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG
• Familiarity with inventory systems or POS
• Experience with picking & packing for e-commerce orders
