Inventory Manager at Bave Design Studio

• We are looking for someone who understands how to build, structure, and optimize inventory systems across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, and can take initiative in improving how the entire inventory function operates.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Overseeing all inventory operations across store, warehouse, and online platforms
• Managing stock levels, movement, and reconciliation across retail and wholesale channels
• Implementing and maintaining structured inventory systems and processes
• Working with ERP and inventory management systems to ensure real-time accuracy
• Coordinating with the website team to ensure product stock reflects accurately online
• Monitoring fast-moving products and preventing stockouts or overstocking
• Conducting regular stock counts, audits, and variance reporting
• Managing supplier stock intake, transfers, and internal stock distribution
• Collaborating with operations, sales, and management teams for smooth daily flow

• Take full ownership of the inventory department
• Identify gaps and proactively fix broken systems
• Recommend and implement better inventory structures and workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Inventory Manager in a retail or FMCG business
• Strong experience working with ERP or inventory management systems

Solid understanding of:

• Stock movement & reconciliation
• Multi-channel inventory (Retail + Wholesale + Online)
• Inventory reporting and analysis
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Must be able to resume immediately or within a very short time frame

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

• Experience managing inventory linked to WooCommerce or e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with tools like Odoo, Zoho Inventory, ERPNext, or similar systems
• Experience in skincare, beauty, or FMCG retail
• Experience setting up or restructuring inventory systems
