The Property Consultant is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales and lease deals.
The role involves providing professional advice to clients on property options, guiding them through the buying or renting process, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Meet and engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Present, promote, and sell company properties to clients in line with approved pricing and sales targets.
Conduct site inspections, property tours, and follow up with clients to close deals.
Maintain an up-to-date database of available properties and client interactions.
Provide clients with accurate information about property prices, features, legal requirements, and payment terms.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to execute promotional campaigns and achieve revenue goals.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports and market feedback to management.
Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
2 - 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property consulting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
Good understanding of the property market, documentation processes, and customer relationship management.
