    Database Administrator/ Data Analyst

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator/Data Analyst to manage and maintain our databases while leveraging data to drive business insights. This hybrid role requires both technical expertise in database administration and analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Database Administration:

    • Install, configure, and maintain database systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
    • Monitor database performance and tune queries for efficiency.
    • Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.

    Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate business insights.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
    • Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable opportunities in data.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in database administration and/or data analysis.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and relational database management.
    • Proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, Python, R, etc.).
    • Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
    • Experience with cloud databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google BigQuery).
    • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, etc.) for automation.

    Mobile Developer

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will build, maintain, and enhance mobile applications (for Android / iOS / cross-platform) that support our financial and banking product offerings. You’ll work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver secure, performant, and user-friendly mobile solutions that meet both business needs and regulatory/compliance requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS platforms using frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
    • Integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality and user experience.
    • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth app performance.
    • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, following best software development practices and version control (e.g., Git).
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous process and product improvement.
    • Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and frameworks to recommend new tools and approaches that enhance development efficiency.
    • Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform requirements.
    • Work with backend teams to ensure smooth data exchange between the app and server systems.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of proven experience developing mobile applications (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, or Java).
    • Solid understanding of RESTful APIsJSON, and mobile UI/UX design principles.
    • Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
    • Familiarity with push notifications, cloud messaging, and mobile security standards.
    • Experience publishing apps to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
    • Excellent problem-solvingcommunication, and team collaboration skills.

    Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

    • Experience in fintech or SaaS product development.
    • Knowledge of FirebaseAWS, or Azure Mobile Services.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Basic understanding of UI animation and performance optimization.
    • Contribution to open-source projects or a portfolio of published apps.
