Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior projects on-site from start to completion.
• Ensure all interior works are executed according to design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor artisans, contractors, and suppliers on-site.
• Track project timelines, materials usage, and daily progress.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or rework.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising interior design or fit-out projects.
• Strong eye for detail, finishing, and interior aesthetics.
• Good understanding of interior materials, fittings, and workmanship.
• Ability to manage artisans and work effectively on-site.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing and available to work mostly on-site.
