Project Manager -TV Audience Measurement (TAM) at Culminate Consulting

Role Summary

As you may be aware, the TAM Project is a strategic initiative aimed at quantifying television viewership and understanding the demographics of the audience. 

This requires precision, strategic oversight, and effective stakeholder engagement. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide objective data and feedback on project progress and performance.
• Identify and manage project issues, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project team members. 
• Support informed decision-making and initiate timely corrective actions. 
• Demonstrate the value and impact of the project to clients and sponsors. 

Candidate Requirements 

• Certified Project Manager with a relevant degree (minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division preferred). 
• Proven experience in managing high-impact, multi-stakeholder projects. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Strategic vision and operational acumen, as this role is designed to transition into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) position after successful completion of the project phase, within a six-month probationary period.
