• We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer/Video Editor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for the company.
• Create engaging videos for social media, property listings, marketing campaigns, and corporate activities.
• Handle video editing from raw footage to final production.
• Develop creative concepts and visual ideas that effectively promote the company and its properties.
• Capture property tours, client testimonials, events, and promotional content.
• Add appropriate music, captions, transitions, graphics, and other elements to videos.
• Ensure all video content reflects the company’s brand and professional image.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop content that supports business objectives.
• Stay updated on current social media video trends and creative content formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and sound.
• Strong storytelling and creative skills.
• Ability to create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio or samples of previous work is required.
• Real estate content creation experience is an added advantage.
