Project Manager at a Real Estate Firm

Our Client is a foremost Real Estate Development Company situated in Lagos and specialised in development of luxury residential properties.

We are recruiting for the post of PROJECT MANAGER.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and implement projects.
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define tasks and required resources.
• Manage the Project Team.
• Manage budget and provided resources.
• Create schedule and project timeline for on-going projects.
• Track all project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.
• Professional Certification in Project Management.
• Minimum of 05 years proven work experience in Project Management in building construction.
• Proven track record of successful civil/structural projects.
• Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality and trustworthy.
• Proven leadership skill.
