Project Management Officer at Polaris Digitech Limited

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate the delegated project goals, tasks and objectives as defined by the Project Manager .
• Identify risks to projects and maintain a risk register .
• Support the development of mitigation plans, their implementation and monitoring tom achieve milestones .
•  Comply with the company and follow project procedures for reporting progress and issues to satisfy customer and company requirements .
• Develop and manage project plans and reports. Participate in budget preparation for each project. 
• Manage and facilitate the flow of essential information among company team members .
• Maintain project calendar, milestones and learning. 

REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATION 

• BSc. / HND in a Project Management,  Computer Science, or industry related discipline .
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in an IT solution provider company .
• Preferably has worked with a software development firm .
• Capable of working on multi-disciplinary environment .
• Sound knowledge of project management principles, processes and procedures, and Agile methodology .   
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Passionate and self driven
