    Project Financial Controller

    Skills Required:

    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    • Mastery of Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, graphs).
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Advanced financial analysis.
    • Good writing skills (for reports) and illustration skills (charts, presentations).
    • Experience in project management and project cost control.
    • Ability to work well in a team.
    • Ability to work with local teams.
    • Ability to report daily to N+1.
    • Expense and cost tracking.
    • Accounting classification.
    • Knowledge of SAGE software.
    • Field operational skills.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Monitoring project expenses (OPEX / CAPEX).
    • Controlling project costs linked to billing.
    • Tracking billing milestones and project progress across the 3 packages (EPC.1 / EPC.2 / EPC.3).
    • Creating a dashboard with primary KPIs for project tracking.
    • Monitoring project margins by package.
    • Setting up accounting classification of costs by category.
    • Implementing a weekly project tracking report throughout the project's duration.
    • Establishing a project financial controller file (IN-OUT) with forecasting across the project duration.
    • Consolidating the 3 packages into a single tracking file.

    Profile Sought:

    • Experience in Africa is mandatory.
    • Experience living on a base camp is highly preferred.
    • Experience on a project of significant scale preferred (OEM projects > $100M).
    • Fluent English is mandatory.
    • Strong reporting skills.
    • Proactive and dynamic.
    • Adaptable (able to adjust to life on the camp in PH).
    • Curious (not limited to their scope, able to seek additional information).
    • Able to obtain information from various stakeholders (Project Team & Corporate).
    • Initiative-taking while respecting hierarchy and guidelines.
    • Team spirit.
    • Good attitude and open-mindedness.
