    Cluster Business Manager

    Job Main Responsibilities:

    • Leads the cluster sales function and provide strategic leadership
    • Contributing and implementing a sales strategy to deliver NS & CO, market share in the cluster
    • Responsible for target achievement for all categories, channels and brands in the cluster
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budget for cluster; projecting expected sales volume and Net Sales for existing and new products
    • Determine the annual sales and marketing support required to achieve set objectives
    • Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and consumer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales organization
    • Lead all sales plans development through KPIs derived from sales automation tools (ADA, Sales Force Automation & Geo tracking tools). Responsible for the security of all assigned properties.
    • Expand the company business in the cluster by attracting & signing off new business partners
    • Monitor and understand the competitive landscape and market trends in the cluster and advise Management on right course of action
    • Create strong relationships with key clients, Agents, Customers, Distributors and other stakeholders in the Cluster
    • Work with all internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of customer service
    • Serve as Management representative with different stakeholders in the assigned cluster
    • Build capabilities of team members through learning & development programmes, coaching & mentoring, accomplishments, project assignment and counselling
    • Setting personal development goals for team members to improve their skills and ensuring achievement of goals.
    • Monthly control of the cluster overhead charge and correction of deviations where needed
    • Dotted line responsibility for the Platform officers and transport supervisor

    Job Qualification:

    • Sales background (min. 10 years experience)

    Field Service Engineer (Automation)

    Description

    • Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications.
    • Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
    • Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
    • Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
    • Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures, Company's coordination plan rules and customer rules.
    • Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site.
    • Technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables.
    • Report to the Installation Site Manager for team site activities.

    Qualifications

    • Level of Education & Language:
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
    • Fluent level of English is a must.
    • Specialization in auto-mechanic or aseptic is a plus.
    • French or Arabic is an advantage.

    Level of Work Experience:

    • Experience in the beverage industry.
    • Min. 3 years of experience in field activities.
    • Technical subject matter expertise on Mechanical, Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & AB) Electrical or Aseptic.
    • Availability to travel up to 90 % (Including International Locations).

    Physical Requirements:

    • Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds
    • Constantly ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like

    Senior Electrical Engineer

    • The Senior Electrical Engineer will oversee on-site electrical operations, leading a team of electricians, linesman, and general workers to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Key duties include scheduling and supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and HSE compliance.
    • The role involves implementing preventive maintenance programs to achieve zero downtime.
    • In addition, the role requires accurate documentation, regular system inspections, and performance reporting. Leadership is a central part of the job—mentoring the team, delegating tasks, and conducting periodic evaluations to build capacity and improve productivity.
    • This role is vital to sustaining reliable power distribution across our local distribution network, while advancing operational efficiency and compliance.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Lead and supervise electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
    • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
    • Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure rapid resolution to minimize downtime
    • Monitor power distribution systems and optimize energy usage
    • Ensure compliance with national and site-specific HSE policies and safety standards
    • Recommend cost-effective solutions and energy-efficient technologies
    • Coordinate procurement of tools, components, and materials with vendors
    • Supervise daily activities of electricians, linemen, and general electrical workers
    • Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide mentorship and coaching
    • Conduct periodic evaluations and identify training needs
    • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and system inspections Generate reports on equipment performance, energy metrics, and compliance
    • Liaise with the Maintenance Manager and other stakeholders on project progress

    Qualifications Required knowledge and skills:

    • 7+ years’ practical experience in the Energy sector in an operational capacity
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering as a minimum
    • COREN registered, or able to register with COREN within 3-6 months of start date Basic understanding of utility IT and OT systems
    • Strong knowledge of Power systems and MV distribution network
    • Strong knowledge of electrical design with planning tools like ETAP
    • Ability to create and interpret an Electrical Single Line Diagram
    • Good understanding of Renewable and Storage Systems
    • Good understanding of Low Voltage Distribution and Capacitor Bank Panel
    • Good understanding of Electrical protection systems using Breakers, Relays and Fuses
    • Basic understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) in the Electrical industry
    • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Positive, service-oriented personality
    • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand

    Willingness to travel

    • Strong management experience: an established record of supervisory and leadership acumen, and the ability to coordinate a self-managed team in a customer-focused organization are required
    • Ability to build and lead teams, and manage external stakeholders
    • Be comfortable working in an often ambiguous, rapidly changing start-up environment

    Project Financial Controller

    Skills Required:

    • Fluency in English is mandatory.
    • Mastery of Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, graphs).
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Advanced financial analysis.
    • Good writing skills (for reports) and illustration skills (charts, presentations).

    • Creating a dashboard with primary KPIs for project tracking.
    • Monitoring project margins by package.
    • Setting up accounting classification of costs by category.
    • Implementing a weekly project tracking report throughout the project's duration.
    • Establishing a project financial controller file (IN-OUT) with forecasting across the project duration.
    • Consolidating the 3 packages into a single tracking file.

    Profile Sought:

    • Experience in Africa is mandatory.
    • Experience living on a base camp is highly preferred.
    • Experience on a project of significant scale preferred (OEM projects > $100M).
    • Fluent English is mandatory.
    • Strong reporting skills.
    • Proactive and dynamic.
    • Adaptable (able to adjust to life on the camp in PH).
    • Curious (not limited to their scope, able to seek additional information).
    • Able to obtain information from various stakeholders (Project Team & Corporate).
    • Initiative-taking while respecting hierarchy and guidelines.
    • Team spirit.
    • Good attitude and open-mindedness.
