Job Summary

The Project Accountant – Accounts Receivable will manage project billing, monitor receivables, ensure timely collections, and support accurate financial reporting within project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue project invoices
• Monitor receivables and follow up on payments
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and receivables analysis
• Support project costing and month-end close activities

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance
• 3–5 years relevant experience in accounts receivable/project accounting
• Strong Excel and numerical skills
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
