Programme Manager – Tobacco Control Data Initiative (TCDI 2.0) at Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA)

• The Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA) is looking for a motivated and experienced Programme Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of TCDI 2.0 across seven African countries.
• Through the Tobacco Control Data Initiative, we are working to improve access to countryspecific data to drive smarter public health decisions across subSaharan Africa.

What you will do

• Manage crosscountry implementation of TCDI 2.0
• Build and maintain partnerships with governments, CSOs, and academia
• Drive uptake of datadriven tobacco control policies
• Lead government engagement and support strategic capacity building.

What we are looking for

• Master’s degree in social sciences
• 8+ years of project management experience in international development
• Experience working in the Global South, especially SubSaharan Africa
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage diverse, remote teams.
