Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, manage production schedules, and coordinate with various departments to maintain workflow and resolve production issues.
• The role also involves supervising and training production staff, monitoring equipment functionality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, scheduling, and operations
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and training skills
• Ability to monitor equipment functionality and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
